Maintenance Supervisor Job Description This position will manage the maintenance and technical needs of a manufacturing facility, collaborating with plant management to optimize utilization, safety, production quality, and equipment efficiency, while supporting engineering projects. Collaborate with plant management to enhance utilization, safety, and production quality. Train team members on mechanical and electrical systems. Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce downtime. Support and manage capital projects with the engineering team. Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures. Essential Skills Strong leadership skills. Proficiency in PLC and VFD systems. Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial or mechanical fields. At least 5 years of management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Safety-oriented mindset. Experience with SAP. Additional Skills & Qualifications Maintenance back ground. Experience with electrical troubleshooting and repair. Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $80000.00/yr. medical, dental, vision, 401, PTO, Bonus 10% annually paid out quarterly.
