Project Engineer II

One (1) Position Available

**Job Duties:**

1. Plan, develop, and coordinate onsite construction engineering activities to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications, schedules, and budgets.

2. Provide technical support during construction, including: * Participation in pre-construction planning and design discussions. * Reviewing and interpreting complex engineering designs, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements. * Identifying and resolving design conflicts through collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors.

3. Conduct constructability reviews and recommend improvements to optimize construction methods and minimize risks during project execution.

4. Apply advanced knowledge of construction methodologies and engineering principles to support onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

5. Document and resolve technical issues and construction challenges, providing detailed reports and recommendations to the project team.

6. Monitor construction progress and provide engineering oversight to ensure quality control and compliance with design plans, specifications, and applicable codes.

7. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, subcontractors, and vendors, to address and resolve project-related challenges.

8. Perform detailed analysis of construction designs and make recommendations to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.

9. Utilize industry-specific software, such as AutoCAD, Blue Beam, or project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6 or MS Project), for technical design review, documentation, and scheduling.

10. Provide technical expertise for the preparation of as-built drawings, change orders, and construction-related documentation.

**Minimum Educational Requirements:**

Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or in Construction Management or Engineering Management

**Other Requirements:**

Two (2) years of work experience as Project Engineer or Site Engineer in the construction field.
