Project Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our growing team. This hands-on role combines engineering expertise with practical project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager and team in areas such as project documentation and controls, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction oversight. Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, scheduling, and resource allocation ? Oversee full project lifecycle from planning through execution and close-out ? Coordinate permit applications and inspection processes as needed ? Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and other compliance standards ? Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and client communications Process Improvement and Quality Control ? Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve operations and project workflows ? Support the development and implementation of quality control measures Product Design and Development ? Collaborate on research and design for new products and solutions Engagement and Collaboration ? Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors ? Represent the company professionally in all project-related interactions Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or a related field ? Significant experience in the elevator industry will be considered in lieu of degree ? 2+ years of relevant experience ? Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills Preferred Skills: ? Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace ? Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
