As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing bidding, execution, scheduling, subcontractor management, and stakeholder communication. You'll be a key driver in delivering high-stakes, detail-oriented construction work on time and within budget. What Makes You the Right Fit You're a communicator. You know how to break down complex issues, keep stakeholders informed, and build trust on every level from subcontractors to clients. You're tech-savvy. You bring proficiency in Excel, Procore, and other project management tools, using them to track progress, control costs, and manage timelines with precision. You're flexible. You're comfortable rolling up your sleeves, adjusting to changing field conditions, and supporting different types of projects because no two days (or builds) are ever the same. You're growth minded. What You Bring to the Table 10 years of civil construction experience, with a strong background in project estimating and execution A track record of managing subcontractors and delivering projects on time and within budget Experience working in government or public-sector environments (a plus) PMP, PE, CCM, or LEED AP certifications (, not required Ready to Take the Next Step?
