About The Role:
As a CBRE Multi-skilled Painter, you will perform painting and ongoing preventive maintenance on interior and exterior building structures. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for dry wall patching, painting, including vinyl wall covering repairs in commercial buildings.
Maintain supplies and paint inventory.
Cleaning and prep for painting the interiors of corridor walls, ceiling, mechanical rooms, piping, etc.
Protect all nearby furnishings and building materials before and during projects including carpet, cabinetry, outlet covers, etc.
collaborate with other professional painters on large projects.
Practice self-supervision on all jobs and ensure you complete each project in an efficient, timely manner.
Meet with property managers to discuss color and finish options as well as other design details.
Match paint samples for touch ups and other small projects.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
