Traveling Superintendent

Traveling Superintendent Location: Minneapolis, MN Salary: $120K - $140K + great bonuses ( Salary range is flexible based on experience and qualifications) We're seeking a Hybrid-Traveling Superintendent to join our client, a growing general contracting team. This position offers a dynamic mix of travel to job sitesprimarily across the Midwestwith periods of local project oversight in Minnesota when travel needs are lighter. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple construction projects of varying size and scope Collaborate with project teams to build and maintain project schedules with key milestones Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and architects Attend and lead weekly job site progress meetings Manage and track punch list completion in alignment with schedules and client expectations Review and understand project drawings and specifications; ensure current plans are onsite Maintain daily job site logs and photo documentation Adhere to internal processes and proactively identify and manage risks Qualifications: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Effective communicator with solid documentation practices Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) Must be adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to building positive relationships Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
