HVAC Technician

We are partnered with a locally owned HVAC company serving Sarasota and surrounding areas. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality heating and cooling solutions with reliable, professional service. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a skilled installation and/or service technician to join our dedicated team. Position Summary: We are currently hiring for an HVAC Service Call Technician and/or an Installation Technician . The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system repairs or installations. You'll be responsible for responding to service calls or performing new system installations, depending on your specialty. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5 PM, or until the work is completed Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, or install HVAC systems and components (heating, cooling, ventilation). Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment. Communicate effectively with customers regarding system issues and repair options. Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures. Ensure all work is performed to code and safety standards. Collaborate with team members and dispatch for efficient scheduling and service delivery. Qualifications: 10+ years of HVAC installation and/or repair experience (required). Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record . Ability to pass a background check . Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. EPA Certification (preferred).
