What You'll Do:

Install HVAC systems: furnaces, A/C units, ductwork, humidifiers, water heaters

Lead job sites and mentor junior team members

Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and craftsmanship

Deliver excellent service to every customer

What You'll Need:

2+ years of residential HVAC install experience

Strong communication and leadership skills

Valid driver's license (21+ with clean driving record)

Able to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in attics/crawl spaces

Willing to pass background and drug screening

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (occasional weekends)
