Welder**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Welder where you will be responsible for welding and fabricating structural steel primarily in a shop environment. Your main focus will be on welding I beams for the construction industry. Success in this role requires the ability to read blueprints and weld efficiently and effectively. While the ability to fit and fab is preferred, it is not strictly required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Weld and fabricate structural steel components, primarily focusing on I beams.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
+ Utilize various welding techniques including Flux Core, MIG, and TIG welding.
+ Ensure high-quality production and adherence to safety standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in Flux Core, MIG, and TIG welding.
+ Blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
+ Experience in structural steel fabrication.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Skills in fitting and fabrication are advantageous.
+ Assembly skills are beneficial.
