Project Manager

Position Overview:

• Oversee commercial and earthwork-civil construction projects.
• Understanding the estimate reviewing the contract scope and site requirements and managing the project.

Responsibilities:

• Attending weekly job site meetings, visit and manage job sites daily, determine project scope of work, and respond to requests for proposals.
• Manage field personnel to ensure productivity requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, scope limits, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam Construction Software for project management.
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of projects.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of construction project management experience with earthworks and civil commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency in takeoff abilities and reading contractual plans and specifications, including AIA contracts and Civil Design Disciplines.
• Strong understanding of earthwork and site utility installation processes.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and proficiency in Construction Software.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to conduct effective presentations.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
