Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and skilled carpenters to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will contribute to our tradition of delivering exceptional framing services for high-end residential projects. Whether you are just starting your career or have years of experience, Parks Company offers an opportunity to develop your skills and thrive in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Cooperating with the team in the completion of framing projects.
Depending on your experience level, assisting or leading carpenters.
Learn to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications under supervision.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
Follow safety guidelines and participate in company safety training programs.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and safety practices.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the trade.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying weather conditions.
Bring a sense of ownership to the job and have a positive mindset.
Coachability.
