Director of Construction Real Estate Projects (Flips, Rentals, Commercial)
Location: Based in Denver Travel Required

Were a small real estate investment team (6 ppl) doing flips, rentals, and commercial deals all over Colorado. Were looking for a take-charge construction leader who can:

-Run jobs from start to finish
-Hire and manage crews
-Knock out hands-on work when needed
-Build systems that keep everything moving fast and tight

What We're Looking For:
-Someone who gets jobs done without a lot of hand-holding
-Can manage 10+ projects at a timeflips, rentals, and the occasional commercial
-Likes building out SOPs, checklists, schedules, and tools that make life easier
-Has tools in the truck for punch lists, and a laptop for budgets and tracking
-Bonus: Experience with custom homes or high-end finish workwe want to do more of this

What You'll Be Doing:
-Scoping and budgeting new jobs
-Hiring and overseeing subcontractors
-Doing punch list and quick tasks yourself if it keeps the project moving
-Tracking jobs with spreadsheets and simple systems
-Visiting sites, ordering materials, and making sure nobody drops the ball

Requirements:
-5+ years construction/project management experience
-Willing to do some physical work when needed
-Strong with spreadsheets and project organization
-Reliable truck, tools, and smartphone
-A great attitude

Bonus Points For:
-Experience with luxury flips or custom homes
-Spanish speaking
-Real estate investment background
