Draftsperson for Residential Construction

Were looking for a creative, detail-obsessed Architectural Designer / Draftsperson to join our growing, woman-led construction startup. If you're someone who can take a project from site walk to RTI and loves turning ideas into clear, buildable planswe want to meet you.

What Youll Be Doing:

Drafting architectural plans for single family, multifamily, SB9, and ADU projects

Preparing full permit packages for LADBS and submitting

Using tools like Rhino, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, SolidWorks, and Bluebeam to bring designs to life

Creating 2D visuals or animations to communicate ideas

Collaborating with our GCs, PMs, and design team

Conducting site visits for accurate take-offs and measurements

Assisting with mechanical design if needed (bonus)

What Were Looking For:

Youve submitted plans to LADBS and gotten them approved

Strong drafting and design skills, with an eye for detail

Proficient in the software listed above

A strong communicator and creative problem solver

A portfolio of past work is a big plus
