Construction Project Manager Residential Construction

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring high-quality results, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction while navigating the unique demands of the San Francisco market.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee residential construction projects from start to finish.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet deadlines and financial targets.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients and field personal to ensure project alignment.

Ensure compliance with San Francisco building codes, permits, and safety regulations.

Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.

Prepare and present project reports to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in residential construction project management or field team lead.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Word, Excel and general computer literacy

Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites within. Having a Truck is a major plus.

Office work is remote, must have working space. Daily jobsite visits required

Benefits:
Competitive salary ($95,000$120,000, based on experience).
