Commercial Roofing Project Superintendent

Sky Roofing, LLC is seeking a full-time Commercial Roofing Project Superintendent who is highly motivated. The perfect candidate should have knowledge of EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR and Metal Roofing systems. Other qualifications include computer/communication skills. Travel is required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years documented commercial roofing experience
Knowledge of Roofing Systems & Manufacturer's Repair Requirements on all main roofing systems (Metal, Shingles, TPO, PVC, EPDM, Mod Bit, BUR, etc.)
Minimum of 2 years roofing or construction management experience
Provide exceptional customer service and client relations
Good computer skills including, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Must be able to travel throughout the US
Strong commitment to safety
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Authorized to work in the US
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow scope of work and notify Management of any discrepancies
Adhere to all OSHA and Environment regulations
Manage production personnel and subcontractors
Ensure proper materials, tools and equipment are on site at the appropriate time
Ensure project work meets the highest standards of quality and workmanship
Follow industry standards and manufacturer specifications
Directly supervise onsite personnel on projects as required
All other duties or projects as assigned
Update schedules to Owner(s) and Office weekly

Other Responsibilities

Respond to roof leaks and other roof-related issues
Work weekends if necessary
Must be able to travel throughout the US
Perform inspections to determine the root cause of the leak call.
Repair or replace TPO, PVC, Modified, Metal, EPDM, and BUR roofing systems.
Adheres to safety rules for roofing maintenance
Communicating effectively with management and office team members.
Completes leak report form and documents repairs with before and after pictures, send to office manager in a timely manner.
Maintain inventory of required roofing supplies in service truck.

Compensation:
Pay is based on experience $55,000-$65,000 Annual Salary base on experience+ Bonuses
