Job Summary

Summary:
Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of utility systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, in a facility.
Essential Functions:
-Install, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in the facility.
-Perform routine maintenance on utility systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
-Troubleshoot and repair utility systems and equipment as needed.
-Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed for repairs and upgrades to utility systems.
-Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on utility systems.
-Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and safety standards.
-Monitor utility systems performance and identify areas for improvement or upgrades.

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Experience in the maintenance and repair of utility systems, preferably in a facility setting. 3-5 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and equipment.
- Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Ability to operate and maintain various hand and power tools.
