Green Bay Machinery This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule

located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work

schedule is 3 days onsite at Home Office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

and the remainder remotely/from home. Relocation Benefits: Receive a

relocating more than 50 miles for the position. What you\'ll do: \*

Select, design, evaluate and manage new equipment projects that will

allow us to maintain our leadership position in the industry. Work with

suppliers to identify new or alternate components or methods of

executing our machine processes. \* Lead efforts to identify, coordinate

and implement new concepts that improve quality and/or efficiencies,

enhance performance and/or reduce costs \* Evaluate proposed projects to

effectively manage our business and recommend appropriate course of

action. \* Lead direct report and assist teams to resolve technical

issues and meet customer requirements. \* Lead project teams in the

selection, purchase, installation, and debugging of equipment to

increase capacity, efficiency, and run new products. \* Communicate and

document customer requirements, test results, and recommendations in

both verbal and written form. Provide status updates. \* Assist team

leader with system-imposed requests as required. (Meetings, personnel

issues, technical reviews, advisory help, customer visits etc.) \*

Investigate and communicate innovative technologies to the organization.

\* Network and maintain relationships with vendors to enhance levels of

knowledge of new concepts in the marketplace. This keeps Green Bay

Machinery and Schreiber Foods abreast of new technologies and

competitive situations. \* Together with the leadership team, ensures

compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to

customer requirements. \* Interprets and communicates customer

requirements to plant production and/or support groups. \* Establishes

and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and

monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews

incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines

appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard

need to succeed: \* Bachelors in Engineering or related field. \* 3-5

years experience in Mechanical Engineering. \* Experience in Autodesk

CAD program usage, specifically Inventory with Vault is preferred. \*

Ability to lead and function in a team environment. \* Mechanical

Engineering experience. \* rocessing knowledge. \* End user computer

skills. \* Project leadership skills. \* Communication skills. \*

Knowledge of Equipment Design management. \* Solid Modeling proficiency

in CAD Ability to lead and function in a team environment. \* Ability to

travel up to 15% (within and outside of the US). \* Must have a reliable

internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed) at home for remote

and hybrid positions. For positions that require any amount of travel:

Valid driver\'s license, auto insurance (at least state minimum- more

might be required), acceptable driving record per Schreiber Foods

discretion, and vehicle that will ensure applicant can meet the travel
