Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the assembly and integration of complex systems and components. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and quality production of completed units through effective coordination of assembly operations, installation processes, and testing procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple disciplines and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the assembly of components into subassemblies and the integration of structural assemblies (metallic and nonmetallic).
- Oversee installation of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using appropriate joining methods (e.g., screws, bolts, rivets, soldering, crimping, swaging, and adhesives).
- Ensure proper functional testing using mechanical, electrical, and electronic test equipment.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across all assembly operations.
- Interface with engineering teams to interpret product requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with management, suppliers, and customers to meet production goals and secure product acceptance.
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to meet delivery timelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to lean manufacturing practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production supervision.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and structural assembly techniques.
- Familiarity with reading engineering drawings and interpreting specifications.
- Candidates submitted to this requisition MUST have management experience.
- Must be willing to work any shift
- Candidate will be on site in Renton, WA.
- $110 per week per-diem for the contractor who resides over 100 miles from the work location.
Additional Information
This position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed. Contractors are employed by a Segula Technologies and placed on assignment at our clients facility
