About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development project on time and on budget in a manner that exceeds our clients' expectations
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • PE license
  • 10+ years of engineering experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Excellent client service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
