Project lead must have 5-10 years of commercial experience and the ability to lead a crew of 3-6 apprentice electricians. Essential responsibilities: install panels, service gear, conduit feeders, branch circuits, devices, lighting & fixtures. Must understand and read plans, drawings, specifications & work orders to determine work requirements. Responsible for crew on assigned project. Able to organize work, run teams & safely manage projects from start to finish. Essential qualifications: 3 years + experience in a lead electrician position - self-motivated capable of working as a team with limited supervision - strong written & oral communication skills - positive & professional attitude - strong attention to detail - able to take & give instruction & act on them - knowledge of safety procedures - able to bend small and large conduit - working with & being exposed to 208 /480 volts - clean driving record.
