KOMAN Holdings, LLC,** is seeking an experienced **Sourcing & Procurement Manager** to lead our Procurement Functional Team from a REMOTE setting. This position will be a Functional Leader within the Construction Sector PMO. + Provides oversight for project team efforts related to building; maintaining and updating processes, systems and information flows required for effective Enterprise Procure-to-Pay systems; provide reporting, contract management, spend classification, spend analysis and other support related to Strategic Sourcing and Category Management activities. + Research and identify key suppliers, negotiate purchase agreements, and ensure all products and materials meet contractual requirements. + Be responsible for collaborating with the project team during the estimating process and project execution to identify and conduct procurements. + Prepare Request for Quotation and corresponding bid event development packages for approved Vendors to obtain pricing to be used in proposal estimates, ensuring competitive pricing is obtained from multiple suppliers. Ensure RFQ packages are complete prior to distribution with regard to required attachments, including engineering-related documents, contract requirements and flow-downs and other project-related documentation. + Perform supplier proposal commercial evaluation and technical review coordination to ensure the bids are in compliance with all contract and specification requirements. + Review and quantify Vendor quotes for compliance and accuracy as well as seek ways to reduce costs, such as negotiating better prices, finding alternative suppliers, or streamlining processes. + Have experience in negotiating Terms and Conditions with suppliers. + Work with project team during project execution to ensure procurements are completed within the project construction schedule ensuring timely site delivery. Support project Quality Officers with any issues associated with non-conforming items by communicating with Suppliers to correct issues. + Contribute as needed to contract-related audits to ensure information is fully accurate and reliable. **REQUIREMENTS:** + 8+ years of Procurement/Supply Chain experience with at least 3+ years in a management/leadership position. + Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar is preferred. + Experience in forecasting that applies raw materials planning. + Experience in preparing and analyzing data packages. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Excellent document, plan and procedure preparation skills. _KOMAN is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories._ _As a Federal Contract Employer, KOMAN Families of Companies follows Federal Laws as it pertains to drug testing.
