You need to want to work and have a desire to learn building trades. It is essential that you are enthusiastic while working with a team. You must have a cheerful and courteous personality when talking to tenants, contractors, and co-workers. The buildings you will work on are located from Carlsbad to La Jolla. You must have your own car to drive to the properties. You must have a valid driver's license and car registration and auto insurance. The hourly pay will be equal to your knowledge of building maintenance and repair. Job hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. One year of property maintenance and repair experience preferred.
