The right candidate will always come to work on time, have reliable transportation, own most basic tools, be able to pass a background check, and be looking for permanent, steady work 40 hours per week. Projects are mostly in north St Petersburg. Demonstrated Experience/Skills in: -High quality general carpentry and finish skills -Bathroom renovations including high quality installation of wall and floor tile -Installing doors, windows, and trim -Installing kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities -Installing LVT planks and laminate flooring -Installing baseboards -Installing/repairing Drywall, tape, mud, texture -Installing vinyl siding -Light to moderate plumbing -Light to moderate electrical -Quality painting Hourly rate depending on experience/skills.
