Is friendly, mild mannered, and willing to be managed by others 7. Has a willingness to manage others when necessary 8. Is meticulous and has an eye and willingness for perfection 9. Works well with others and is a good communicator on the job 10. Has great "work ethic" 11. Is "The Solution" instead of the problem Experience is not necessary, but is considered helpful and an advantage, especially if the experience is in the home remodeling/maintenance painting and/or landscaping fields.
