You will be contributing to various projects and initiatives that require a high level of attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include producing, designing, crafting, and testing wood products. There will be plenty of opportunities for collaboration and teamwork in assigned work. Collaborate with team in design, production, and testing of wood and other products. Set up, operate, and tend table saw, band saw, miter saw, drill press, lathe, router, sander, planer, nail gun, etc. Cut, shape, and smooth wooden parts. Verify dimensions using caliper or ruler. Create scale models of products or buildings that are used in construction. Complete all stages of building process. Use automated machinery, such as computerized numerical control (CNC) machines.
