POSITION TITLE: Heavy Construction Equipment MechanicDEPARTMENT: Equipment & YardLOCATION: Niagara Falls, New YorkSALARY RANGE: $23 to $27 per hourJOB NUMBER: 2024-6140-02DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Nationally recognized environmental remediation contractor looking for a Heavy Construction Equipment Mechanic based at our corporate office in Niagara Falls, New York. The daily work will include: * Responsible for all phases of heavy construction equipment repair and overhaul SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: * Minimum five years prior work experience required on a variety of heavy construction equipment including excavators, bulldozers, off-road haulers, and loaders. Other job requirements include: * Must have own tools * Ability to rebuild diesel and gasoline engines a plus * Must have valid NYS drivers license SALARY/BENEFITS:An employees salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
