Position: Project Manager Locations: Regional (5); Laredo TX; McAllen TX; Ramey PR; Del Rio TX; Tucson or Yuma AZ; Dania Beach FL Essential Functions: TheProject Manageris responsible for tracking and managing data, supporting administrative functions, overseeing mission-critical tasks, coordinating project activities, and ensuring compliance with real property and facility operations. 1. Sector Mission Support & Data Management + Track and report data in TRIRIGA or its replacement system, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. + Develop and implementquality control processesto assist the Government in managing and validating data. + Maintaintask management reportsand ensure compliance with reporting requirements. 2. Administrative & Contracting Support + AssistFacility and Infrastructure Managers, Project Managers, and Contracting Officersin coordinating contract-related tasks, including payment tracking and available funding. + Maintainpurchase logs for government credit cards (PCDs)and track inventory of received items for facilities. + Create and managereports, QA/QC documents, and electronic files, ensuring proper documentation and data entry in SharePoint, SAP, and TRIRIGA. + Perform administrative tasks such asword processing, electronic filing, travel booking, and meeting coordination. + Providecross-trainingfor new contractor MSS positions within the PMO, as requested. 3. Facility Operations & Maintenance Support + Monitor maintenance projects and track work completion, assisting in facility repair solutions. + Ensureenvironmental complianceand proper documentation of permits, warranties, and equipment records. + Act as a liaison betweenCustomers, Executing Agencies, Facility Managers, and Maintenance Supervisorsto streamline operations. 4. Project & Program Management Support + Overseefacilities construction and alteration projects, ensuring compliance withUSACE, GSA, and FAA regulations. + Provideproject planning and oversight, including risk management, budget tracking, and real estate evaluations. + Maintainconstruction management recordsand provide bi-weekly progress reports on project scope, materials, and quality control. + Conductsite visitsand prepare detailed construction trip reports for Government review. 5. Quality Assurance & Risk Management + Develop and implementquality assurance standards, ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria. + Performmonthly quality auditsand track risk mitigation efforts. + Supportrisk analysis, corrective action tracking, and lessons learned reporting. + Assist in evaluatingproject alternatives, reviewing a minimum of three options for Government approval. Required Skills & Qualifications + Expertise in administrative support, data tracking, and quality assurance . + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, TRIRIGA, and SharePoint . + Strong organizational and analytical skills , with the ability to manage complex reporting requirements. + Experience in government contracting, facility operations, and construction project management . + Excellent coordination and communication skills , facilitating collaboration across multiple stakeholders. Conditions of Employment + U.S. Citizenship required + Must participate in a federal background investigation + A Bachelor's degree and (minimum) 5 or more years in Project Management + Project Management Professional (PMP) required + Minimum 10-OSHA training; 40-hour OSHA preferred Qualifications These roles are contingent upon the successful award of a government contract.
