What You'll Do: Operate CAT Challenger Pull Scrapers and Quadtrac Scrapersto cut to grade and level terrain. Prepare sites for final grading by Finish Dozer operators. Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow all site conduct codes. Prioritize safety and clear communication on every job. What You Bring: 2+ years of experience operating scrapers on commercial job sites. Proven ability to handle heavy equipment with precision and care.
