# MIG Welder**Location:** Owosso, MI**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM**Compensation:** $15 - $18 per hour, based on experience **Employment Type:** Contract-to-hire (Evaluations conducted during temporary period)** **We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our account's team in Owosso, MI. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of welding techniques. Candidates must pass an on-site weld test to demonstrate proficiency.**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to specifications- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols- Inspect welded structures to ensure quality and compliance with standards- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and effectively- Maintain a clean and organized workspace- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines**Requirements:**- Prior MIG welding experience required- Ability to pass an on-site weld test-must have weld gear- Strong attention to detail and quality standards- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Reliable and punctual work ethic- Reliable Transportation to and from-no bus route
