Position Overview: We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of complex commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on role designed to prepare you for Project Management by giving you direct ownership of project coordination, client communication, and subcontractor management. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in all phases of construction projects from precon through closeout Support budgeting, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress tracking Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors Communicate regularly with clients and consultants to maintain positive relationships Help ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence across all project phases Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in commercial construction Experience in sectors such as education, healthcare, multi-family, or retail preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (not required) Why Join: Competitive base salary + annual bonus + profit sharing Comprehensive benefits package Clear growth trajectory to Project Manager and beyond High-performing, collaborative team with excellent leadership
