Position Description

Plan, schedule, oversee and direct construction or service management of projects

Fiscal responsibility for assigned projects, including projects costs, profitability, and forecasting

Communicate directly with contractors/designers/customers/users concerning project requirements, costs, staffing, and scheduling

Act as liaison between customer, engineering, manufacturing, and sales

Prepare project status reports and work to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications

Responsible for all project related paperwork; this can include documentation of conversations, change orders, customer notifications as well as the review of bill of materials, test reports, time sheets, and expense reports of field personnel

Conduct project reviews and feedback on the internal process of project completion

Work to insure customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely responses, and actively working to meet customer schedules and expectations

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering

0-4 years of construction management experience

Familiarity with contracts and construction management concepts

Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

Valid Driver's License

30% travel (site visits/meetings)

Experience leading small to medium risk projects or business initiatives

Experience dealing with multiple engagements at the same time

Experience managing all project related documentation

Preferred Qualifications

PMP Certification

LEED Certification

Compensation Information

Base salary range $60,000 - $75,000 USD (Annually)
