Role: Construction Cost Estimator - RS Means Location: Houston TX Duration: Full Time Employee Job summary: The Construction Cost Estimator will primarily handle cost estimates for a portfolio of projects within the Houston area; develop conceptual estimates with minimal assistance using preliminary design documents and information; support Project Managers in reviewing contractor change proposals, material substitutions, and value engineering solutions. Required skills: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Experience utilizing RS Means. Management / Supervisory capacity within construction.
