Proficiency in mechanical design and Revit. Client communication and engagement skills. 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience. Previous project experience in healthcare, life sciences, or data centers. Professional Engineer (PE) license. Design skills in HVAC, mechanical, data center, plumbing, and fire protection. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Familiarity with healthcare facility systems. Experience leading complex mechanical projects from planning to construction. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and engineering analysis software. Knowledge of ASHRAE standards and energy codes. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Experience with cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers. Organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines. Work Environment The position is based in an office in Atlanta, GA with 10 employees. There is flexibility to work remotely, with occasional office visits on Mondays and Thursdays.
