Position Overview:
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, overseeing project budgets and schedules. Collaborate with other project teams in our supportive studio space in Glen Mills, PA.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of project designs, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Oversee project budgets and schedules for timely, cost-effective delivery.
Conduct site visits, answer RFIs, and review Applications for Payment.
Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in architecture with project, budget, and team management.
Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Preference will be given to candidates who are registered architects or are actively pursuing licensure.
Willing to occasionally travel to project sites.

Benefits:
Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
