Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Sit Down Forklift Operator for a Cabinetry Distribution company in Norcross. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a sit-down forklift in the pick-up area, loading and unloading goods, and assisting with inventory management. Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

You'll be responsible for:

Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload materials in the designated pick-up area.

Assist customers picking up orders.

Inspect forklift daily to ensure proper working condition and report any maintenance issues.

Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and orderly pick-up area.

Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Accurately complete documentation related to inventory and shipments.

What you'll need:

Proven experience operating sit-down forklifts in a warehouse environment preferred.

Strong attention to safety and detail.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
