A growing mechanical contractor is looking to add a Building Automation Project Manager to their expanding team. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams and manage the full lifecycle of HVAC control system projectsfrom proposal through final delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Lead teams of contractors, technicians, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of building automation projects.
Estimate and develop detailed proposals for HVAC control systems.
Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and plans, maintaining a focus on quality andpliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience managing building automation or related technical projects.
Proficiency in reading and designing HVAC control plans, schematics, and operational strategies.
Strong leadership,munication, andanizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
