Skilled Roofers Wanted For Brentwood Plaza Roof Tear Off and Replacement

Eminent Remodeling LLC is seeking experienced and skilled roofers and subcontractors to join our team for our upcoming Brentwood Plaza project. This is a lucrative opportunity for professionals with expertise in TPO and torch-down roofing applications.

Job Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in teardown and re-roofing.
Citizenship:
U.S. citizens born in the U.S. are preferred.
Naturalized citizens and green card holders may be considered for low-security
job sites.

Certifications:
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required. (Training can be provided if necessary.)
Identification:
Must provide a U.S. ID (drivers license, state ID, etc.) plus one of the following:
Social Security card
Birth certificate
Valid passport
Skill Proficiency:
Expertise in torch-down and TPO roofing applications is required.
Screening:
Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
What We Offer:

Pay: Starting at $800+ per week, with weekly pay.
Bonuses: Additional bonuses for early project completions.
Expenses Covered: Living expenses paid while working on projects out of town.
