Busy construction company with 20+ years in the business is looking for a working superintendent or experienced foreman to run job sites in the Los Angeles area.

Were looking for someone who is:

Trustworthy and dependable
Experienced in all phases of construction from framing to finish carpentry, plus basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical
Comfortable communicating in English and Spanish on the job site
Able to communicate with management throughout the day
A natural leader with past experience managing crews
Able to schedule and supervise other workers and trades
Organized when it comes to ordering and managing materials
Job Info:

Full-time 40 hours/week
All job sites located within the City of Los Angeles
Competitive pay (based on experience)
