NOW HIRING: Senior Reconstruction Estimator Make an Impact from Day One!
ASAP Restoration and Construction East Valley, AZ
Pay: DOE | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Immediate

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO ESTIMATE, EXECUTE & EXCEL?
If youre an experienced Reconstruction Estimator who thrives under pressure, knows Xactimate inside and out, and can walk a site and know exactly what needs to be done we want you on our team. At ASAP Restoration and Construction, we dont just restore homes we restore lives.
For over 15 years, weve built a reputation for excellence in the restoration world. Now, were looking for a Senior Estimator whos as committed to quality and speed as we are.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
Creating accurate, detailed estimates in Xactimate
Scoping complex reconstruction projects using building best practices
Working with insurance adjusters and TPAs to push claims forward
Leading with integrity and communicating clearly with all parties
Ensuring complete documentation and photos meet industry standards
Staying on top of permits, code requirements, and inspections
Owning your work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
5+ years in construction/restoration (Xactimate fluency is a must!)
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
Strong grasp of building materials, flooring, structural elements
Physical ability to walk, lift, crawl, and inspect tight spaces
Microsoft Office skills (and a knack for tech)
Bonus: Existing networks in restoration & strong sales instincts
