Position Summary:

We are currently hiring Roofing Laborers to join our Service Department. In this role, you'll assist the lead technician in performing roof leak investigations, maintenance, and repairs across a variety of commercial and sloped roofing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with locating and repairing roof leaks

• Perform repairs and maintenance on various roofing systems, including:

• BUR (cold-applied)

• Modified Bitumen (torch-applied)

• TPO, PVC, EPDM membranes

• Roof coatings

• Shingle, tile, and metal roofing

• Clean and seal roof penetrations, flashing, screws, and seams

• Support the lead technician with daily tasks and job site prep

• Keep service trucks clean, stocked, and organized

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Interact professionally with customers and team members

Requirements:

• Must live within a 25-mile radius of Sanford, FL
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Own hand tools required
• Must pass a background check, drug test, and physical
• Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team-oriented with a dependable, positive attitude
• Basic smartphone or tablet skills preferred
• Roofing experience is a plus, but not required-we're willing to train motivated candidates
