Entry Level Construction Project Coordinator

Description

Assist in reviewing architectural drawings and specifications (training provided).

Use software tools to calculate material quantities and costs.

Help prepare bids and proposals for projects ranging from $100K to $3M.

Work closely with our project managers and vendors to gather pricing and timelines.

Maintain and update internal estimating tools and databases.

Occasionally visit job sites to see your work come to life.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with digital tools and software.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Curious about construction and eager to learn industry-specific skills.

Preferred Background :

13 years of experience in an analytical or technical role (internships welcome).

Associates degree or higher in a related field such as Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or Mathematics.

Experience with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, STACK) is a bonus but not necessarytraining will be provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
