Couple of small areas on my project that can't be reached without it. A bit of fascia, a couple windows. About as easy as it gets but without the 40, impossible. Obviously in addition to the ladder you have to have a truck to transport it. We have everything else. Just need a painter and the ladder. We can compensate 250 for the half day. Thanks for reading.
