Flex Air **focuses on delivering industry-leading, high-performance modular mechanical and electrical systems, as well as Custom HVAC systems in the automotive, semiconductor, healthcare, and education sectors. ***What You Will Be Doing***- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with upper management.- Draft and submit budgets, proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and upper management in a time and clear fashion and estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel and identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documents, and presentations.- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans.- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.***What You Get Paid***The position pays a competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD, STD, a 401k with immediate match, 10 paid holidays, PTO, and profit-sharing bonus eligibility. ***What Requirements Are Needed***Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business or Mechanical Engineering.
