Flex Air is focused on delivering industry leading and energy efficient high-performance HVAC systems. Every solution is meticulously engineered to meet and exceed our customer's expectations. Our products consist of custom air handling units, pre-fabricated modular systems and retrofits. ***What You Will Be Doing***Using your Electrical Engineering background, you will be responsible for the following:Establish and be responsible for achieving an annual Project Revenue and Gross.Support the Project Delivery Organization in subcontractor selection and management.Coordinates with multiple internal departments, including Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing / Production and Service, as well as similar 3rd party suppliers, to deliver superior solutions and ensure total customer satisfaction and profitability.Collaborate with internal engineering and technical field personnel and 3rd party suppliers in the implementation of Electrical Power Delivery, Equipment, and Modular systems in a wide variety of applications for a customer(s) at multiple locations.Act in a direct execution role, acting as the primary customer interface, responsible for project schedule and cost baselines.Responsible for financial negotiations with the customer involving change orders and change directives.Provide frequent updates to management and customers for work status updates.Direct and manage project development from begi
