Construction Project Manager - Commercial Renovations

We're seeking a Project Manager to join the team! In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing large-scale commercial renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout. You'll manage budgets, schedules, proposals, and personnel while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction on every job. Responsibilities: Lead commercial renovation projects from planning through completion Prepare estimates, bid packages, and detailed project proposals Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with industry standards Use construction management software to track documents and workflows Provide guidance and oversight to assistant project managers or engineers as needed Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient job site Requirements: 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Strong background in estimating, cost control, scheduling, and proposal development Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Bluebeam, and/or Procore preferred Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments We Offer: Competitive salary + bonus potential!
