Pay starts at $15-$25/hr CASH, based on your experience, tools, and ability to get the job done without babysitting. Pay Tiers Based on Experience: $15-$17/hr: General labor, demo, paint prep, cleanup $18-$21/hr: Flooring, drywall, punch list, light finish work $22-$25/hr: Framing, tile, full scopes, advanced carpentry, fixture installs All new hires begin with a 1-2 week trial. Pay will be adjusted up or down based on actual on-site performance.
