Project Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage various civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, cost estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring project completion within specified timelines and budgets. Responsibilities Develop accurate cost estimates based on project plans, specifications, and requirements. Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes. Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities. Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints. Resolve any issues that may arise during construction and adjust plans as necessary. Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress reports. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience in earthwork and civil construction estimating and project management. Strong understanding of excavation, grading, site utilities, and road construction. Proficiency in construction estimating software (HCSS HeavyBid, Agtek, Bluebeam, or similar). Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Valid Driver's License. Why Work Here?
