' Click on How to Apply -----------------------------------------------------------------------Job Title: Residential and Commercial HVAC Technician/InstallerPosition Summary:The HVAC Technician/Installer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role ensures systems are installed according to manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards, while maintaining a professional and customer-first attitude on every job site.Key Responsibilities:- Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless systems, and thermostats.- Perform service calls and troubleshoot issues related to HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant levels, electrical components, and air flow.- Complete preventative maintenance on existing HVAC systems to improve performance and longevity.- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation manuals.- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local building codes and safety regulations.- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about work performed, recommendations, and maintenance tips.- Maintain accurate records of each job including materials used, hours worked, and issues encountered.- Keep company vehicles, tools, and job sites clean and organized.- Attend ongoing training to stay updated on current products, codes, and technologies.Required Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED- Valid driver's license and clean driving record to operate company vehicle. Driving Record will be checked- Access to reliable Transportation- Employer conducts Screening. Must be able to pass a background check- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and best practices- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and in outdoor conditions- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and customer service skillsPhysical Requirements:- Able to occasionally lift and carry up to 75 lbs- Comfortable working on ladders and in confined spaces- Able to stand, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods- Tolerance for Florida heat and seasonal weather conditions
