Framer Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$16.00 /hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 07:00am to 05:30pm)

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans

Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials to build walls, floors, staircases, roofs, and door/window openings

Install metal or wood framing using various hand and power tools

Ensure all framing work is level, plumb, and square

Secure frames with appropriate fasteners such as nails, screws, or bolts

Follow local building codes and safety regulations

Work with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades as needed

Maintain tools and keep the job site clean and safe

Framer Qualifications:

1-3+ years of experience in framing or general carpentry

Proficient with measuring tools, saws, nail guns, and other framing equipment

Solid understanding of construction and safety procedures

Ability to read and follow technical drawings and blueprints

Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials

Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

Experience with both wood and metal framing

Familiarity with residential and commercial construction

Ability to work independently or as part of a crew

Knowledge of OSHA standards or safety certifications (a plus)

Applicant may be subject to a background check
