Mechanical Engineering Supervisor

Richmond, VA (Hybrid Schedule) $95K - $189K (Based on qualifications & experience)

We're seeking a Supervising Mechanical Engineer to lead major initiatives from our Richmond, VA office. Hybrid schedule: Monday-Thursday in-office (9 hrs/day), Fridays work from home (4 hrs)

As a senior leader, you'll serve as the Engineer of Record on key projects and guide a team of engineers through every phase of delivery. You'll also:

Lead internal and external coordination meetings

Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level engineers

Oversee system design, project engineering, and construction administration

Set design standards, specifications, and QA/QC criteria

Manage project budgets, timelines, and invoicing

Support proposal writing and contract administration

Participate in firm-wide technical committees and initiatives

Licensed PE (Professional Engineer) - Required

15+ years in consulting MEP engineering

7+ years in Project Management

3+ years in a supervisory role

Hands-on experience with CAD/REVIT

Background in healthcare design (required); experience in aviation, federal, and critical facilities is a plus

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (from an accredited institution)
